Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in Europe and North America. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. We also offer shipping to some countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. However this may require the use of courier services which will be significantly more expensive. Contact us for more information.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard UK shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than £100. EU and North America, shipping takes between 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping to Nigeria

Due to ongoing postal delays faced with post to Nigeria, we now offer a unique service where products purchased via the website are held in our offices for 30 days for a small fee of £4. Customers can then either arrange to get items picked up/delivered within the UK or customers may want to pay for courier services. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What postal service do you use?

We make use of Royal Mail for all UK, EU and North America post. We also use Royal Mail for post to some countries like Singapore, Japan and Thailand. For most other countries, we would use established courier services.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop and will provide you with tracking reference where applicable. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we will locate it for you. 

My country is not listed as an option for delivery, how do I pay to receive the products?

We are working to ensure that we can ship worldwide. We are currently unable to ship to all countries due to postal and payment issues,. However, we will be able to make alternative arrangements to get the products to you, please contact us. 

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and a replacement will be shipped once we have received the damaged product.

Do I get a refund or exchange?

Items which are returned can be exchanged for another item of the same or similar value. We do not offer or provide cash returns. Once we have received your returned item we will dispatch your chosen replacement.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

As a start up we are unable to cover the cost of returns. Simply repackage the unworn, unused item, include the form identifying which item(s) you're returning in the original package and send it back to us.

Returns process

Get in touch via email or the contact form. We will provide you with a shipping address to one of our representatives, You will also be sent a returns form to fill in and to be sent with the product(s) you would like to return.
